Plug-in GUI - RSG Dialog Builder

I have created a simple Plug-in, the traditional plate with a hole, following the steps from this video:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DEXrC1HGoU4

Now, If I want to put this plug-in on more computers, do I have to recreate the GUI from the RSG Dialog Builder on every computer?

It is possible to do it once and after that to import/export it?
