need help in ansys
sir,
I need to find out kinetic energy of the element in the harmonic analyis problem of a plate.
i am using ansys command...in /post1
etable,KE,KENE
but no data is stored on the lable KE
please help and suggest some other means to do the same...or the correct method of issuing this command ..

hi. i have a problem. i wanna simulate a cyclic problem with high cycle. i wanted a amplitude that apply 5e6 cycle. (i don't want use subroutine, because i can't link fortran to abaqus) please help me. tank you. (bahman.mostafaei@gmail.com)
