I want to couple heat transfer and mass diffusion in abaqus. Is this possible?

use UMATHT
It may be possible. I suggect you use a diffusion model from abaqus GUI and use a user subroutine
UMATHT for heat transfer. But You have to look is an element type available to couple them.
