Should you write to me atnvinhphu@gmail.com, I will send you one Matlab XFEM code.
For holes, you do not need to use any enrichment functions. Elements completely falls inside the whole are discarded and for elements cut by the hole, integration points in the hole are skipped when doing numerical integration.
